Solutions Integration Engineer

We are looking for a Solutions Integration engineer with a strong engineering and management background. This role combines technical solution engineering, integration development, project management and strict delivery ownership. • Conduct code reviews
• Sustain high-quality code base
• Collect requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Evaluate task complexity and timelines
• Strictly follow the implementation and delivery deadlines

Do you have experience in gRPC?, * 3+ years of Backend Development

• 2+ years of Project Management/Account Management
• Hard Skills: Python, REST, gRPC, UML, BRD, DFD, ERD, GAP Analysis, CJM, Postman, SQL, Apache Kafka, Redis
• Language Proficiency: English at a B2-C1 level, Russian at a B2 level
• Location: any, except Russia and Belarus
• Ability to independently gather and define requirements
• Ability to keep cold head and focus under the deadline pressure
• Strong stakeholder management and scope control
• Clear communication, prioritization, and daily execution control
• "Get things done" mindset - full responsibility for timely delivery
