ERP Application Owner

Tasks

• Maintain and document MS Dynamics 365 FSCM & Business Central.
• Lead ERP project management and rollouts effectively.
• Provide comprehensive support for users and IT partners., * Maintenance, service, and documentation of MS Dynamics 365 FSCM & Business Central
• Further development of the ERP landscape
• Technical contact for global MS Dynamics 365 FSCM
• Planning and project management of rollouts
• General first, second, and third level support for MS Dynamics 365 FSCM & Business Central
• Consulting and support for users
• Management of IT projects and subprojects
• Collaboration on complex IT projects
• International coordination of IT partners and suppliers
• Building, coaching, and development of ERP application specialists
• Promotion of knowledge exchange, documentation, and best practices
• Resource and capacity planning (internal/external) ERP application specialists

• Degree in Business, IT, or related field; international experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM required.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English., * Completed (technical) studies or university degree in business administration/industrial engineering, business informatics, or comparable qualifications
• Further training in business administration
• Knowledge of industrial processes is required
• Experience in an international environment
• Comprehensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM), ideally in a leadership position
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (version 14) is an advantage
• Experience in leading ERP projects
• Experience in application management (MS Dynamics 365 FSCM & MS Business Central)
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment
• Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
