ERP Application Specialist

Tasks

• Configure, monitor, and enhance the global ERP landscape.
• Manage second-level support and prioritize tickets with key users.
• Coordinate releases, testing, and ensure data integrity., * Configuration, monitoring and further development of the global ERP landscape
• Responsible for second-level support and prioritization of all tickets in close cooperation with key users and partners
• Analysis, qualification and decision-making regarding incidents or change requests
• Planning and management of releases, including test coordination and UAT
• Ensuring data and process integrity throughout the entire lifecycle
• Documentation and maintenance of system documentation, configurations and release notes in Confluence
• Ensuring integration with other system environments, especially financial systems and CRM, in collaboration with the integration team
• Design and implementation of process improvements and system extensions together with experts and process owners
• Contact person and trainer for power users

• Bachelor's degree in tech, business, or related fields required.
• Strong ERP knowledge, especially in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills essential., * Completed (technical) studies or university degree in business administration / industrial engineering, business informatics or comparable qualifications.
• Excellent ERP knowledge, ideally in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and/or Dynamics BC (version 14)
• Professional experience in the field of enterprise applications, ideally as an application owner, in-house consultant or ERP specialist
• Experience with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics, DevOps) is an advantage
• Effective communication and assertiveness skills combined with cooperative problem solving
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment
• Good German and English skills (spoken and written)
