Job description
The IT Support Technician will be responsible for managing and prioritizing IT service requests using ServiceNow, coordinating with end users and technical teams, and ensuring issues are resolved within agreed SLAs. The role also supports IT asset refresh activities and meeting/event space coordination.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Writing skills?, We are seeking an IT Support Technician with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience to provide day-to-day IT support and service coordination in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is fully onsite in Basel and requires fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)., * Minimum 2+ years of experience in an IT Support / Service Desk / IT Operations role
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) - mandatory
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or a similar IT ticketing system
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and common troubleshooting techniques
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to assess urgency, impact, and complexity of technical issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic data entry, tracking, sorting, and reporting

Pay: CHF55'000.00 - CHF60'000.00 per year
