We are seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter to own and scale hiring across Product Management, Software Engineering, Platform & Infrastructure, and related technical functions. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership to build high-performing teams within a fast-growing, highly technical organization.
This position combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution. You will drive end-to-end recruiting efforts, apply data-driven insights to inform hiring decisions, and continuously evolve recruiting processes to attract exceptional talent in a highly competitive market.
You will fully own the recruiting agenda for these functions-delivering a high-touch, thoughtful candidate experience while designing scalable hiring processes and contributing to employer branding initiatives. Success in this role requires a high degree of autonomy, a strong bias for quality and speed, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment., * Partner with Engineering & Product leadership to deeply understand hiring goals, team blueprints, and talent priorities.
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and close top technical talent in a competitive market.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for complex roles (IC and leadership) across Product, Data & Engineering.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on market dynamics, candidate expectations, compensation trends, and pipeline development.
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with the TA team to streamline recruitment processes, interview frameworks, scorecards, and hiring metrics.
- Use data and insights to identify bottlenecks, forecast hiring needs, and optimize recruiting workflows.
- Partner with talent teams to improve onboarding handoffs, offer acceptance rates, and retention of hired talent., * Coach hiring managers on role calibration, interview best practices, offer strategy, and candidate feedback.
- Lead debriefs and decision frameworks to ensure alignment and strong hiring outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, People Ops, and leadership to scale TA effectiveness and impact.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Recruiting?, * 5+ years experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition for Engineering & Product organizations, ideally in fast-paced tech / product-centric companies or startups.
- Proven track record of hiring across Software Engineering, Product, Infrastructure / Platform technical disciplines., * Deep comfort in full-cycle recruiting - sourcing, engaging, screening, pitching, closing.
- Strong data literacy - comfortable tracking KPIs, driving insights, and using data to refine approach.
- Excellent communicator and persuasive storyteller; strong negotiation skills.
- Experience with modern sourcing tools & platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
