Job description
- Providing initial support to Salesforce users by addressing basic inquiries and resolving common issues and solving more complex challenges together with your more senior colleagues.
- Execution of basic administrative tasks within Salesforce, such as user management (creating and deactivating accounts, resetting passwords), and data entry, data health monitoring, etc.
- Collaborating with more experienced team members to understand user needs and help facilitate communication between end-users and the Salesforce team to improve usage of the system.
- Learning to develop and implement "Low-Code" solutions, like creating basic reports, dashboards, and automations.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * You have initial practical experience in the administration of a Salesforce environment (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)
- You have a strong digital affinity and enthusiasm for the digitalization and automation of processes.
- Certification for Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Sales Cloud - Good to have
- You have experience in agile project work as well as with Jira and Confluence. - Good to have
- You have a structured, analytical and proactive way of working as well as a high level of commitment.
- You speak English as it is primary language for communication (German is a plus) and look forward to international teamwork.
- You like to take responsibility and feel at home in teams.
- Tools - Clay, Recording Tools (like Just Call, Vinton), Mulesoft - Good to know

We support more than 300 employees from the Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and Customer Service departments. Our tasks include analyzing sales data, forecasting, and the constant monitoring of KPIs. Not only do we strive to support our global Sales team on a daily basis by optimizing processes, but we are also responsible for the sales tools and systems, with Salesforce as our main CRM Tool. Within the Sales-Tech Team we have a full team of Admins, Consultants, Developers and Product Owner to deliver new features and support the platform that is used daily by our colleagues.
