Job description
As part of this, we're looking for a Solution Architect to join our growing team in order to ensure our insurance clients achieve smooth, successful implementations of our Deploy Product.
Playing a pivotal role across both pre-sales and post-sales delivery, you'll guide clients from initial technical discussions through to onboarding, integration and go-live phases.
This involves:
- Leading Deploy Implementations
Acting as the primary delivery contact for insurers integrating Deploy with their Policy Administration System (PAS).
- Coordinating across client IT teams, system integrators, and Akur8 product teams.
- Driving integration milestones with clear delivery plans & transparent communication.
- Supporting Pre-Sales Engagements
Partnering with Akur8's Sales team & Actuarial Data Scientists to qualify opportunities.
- Leading technical discovery sessions to better understand IT landscapes, data flows, and integration readiness.
- Presenting integration architectures & delivering tailored product demonstrations.
- Helping to craft Statements of Work (SoW) and technical annexes.
- Being our Client's Trusted Partner
Serving as the go-to contact throughout onboarding & project delivery.
- Understanding client expectations & proactively managing communications.
- Identifying potential blockers & orchestrating the right internal and external resources to resolve them.
- Enabling Continuous Improvement
Working closely with Akur8's Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure client needs are captured.
- Collaborating with external vendors & system integrators.
- Contributing to playbooks, guides, and reusable tools for future deployments.
IMPORTANT: Although ideally based in Madrid or Paris, we are equally open to remote work (with approximately 20% travel) for anyone based in Spain or France.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SaaS?, * 10+ years in a project delivery, implementation management, or customer success role

Insurance industry experience is essential, meaning a strong knowledge of Policy Admin Systems, Rating, and Insurance Product workflows.

Hands-on experience managing IT integrations in enterprise environments.

Familiarity with SaaS delivery models & onboarding processes.

Technically fluent (knowledge of API's, JSON, System Design, etc.) & able to coordinate integration efforts confidently.

Strong communicator, comfortable with both technical and business stakeholders.

Customer-first mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills.

Able to navigate complexity & ambiguity in enterprise software projects.

Skilled at juggling multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Fluent in the English, Spanish (both written & spoken)
Bonus (non-mandatory) requirements:
- Fluent in French (both written & spoken)
