Job description

JBT Marel is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to support us with our Salesforce Service integration and to support us in our daily service business. In this role you will organize service activities for several of our product lines. This critical role involves collaborating with Service Sales Managers, Spare Parts Specialist, Operations, and Field Service Employees to deliver exceptional service and continuous improvement. Additionally, the role requires understanding ways of working within the Service team to support the Salesforce service system implementation, creating test scripts based on actual work in service for testing the Salesforce system, and training people on the use of Salesforce service., Service Activities:

  • Organize and manage preventive maintenance, spares, training, remote services, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Collaborate with Service Sales Managers to advise new and existing clients on customer care activities, forming a daily team towards the client.
  • Process administrative tasks related to service activities, including invoicing and planning travel.

Process Management:

  • Monitor and execute the quotation and order process towards the client, maintaining direct contact with the internal logistics department and engineering.
  • Continuously improve the customer care process by managing various improvement programs.

Technical Preparation and Planning:

  • Prepare technical work for customer care activities, including service jobs (maintenance, inspections, training) and projects (retrofits) at the client.
  • Organize planning and instruct Field Service Specialists.

Site Management:

  • Manage site activities at the client for larger maintenance projects.
  • Follow up on customer care activities by checking, analyzing, and following up on client reports.

Salesforce Service System Implementation:

  • Understand ways of working to support the Salesforce service system implementation.
  • Create test scripts based on actual work in service for testing the Salesforce system.
  • Train personnel on the use of Salesforce service.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Supply chain?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Experience with Salesforce and ability to write scripts for and train people on Salesforce Service.

  • Completed technical education (e.g., HTS technical business administration, Supply Chain Management, or Mechanical Engineering).
  • Strong organizational skills with a sense of responsibility for work.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English; knowledge of another language is a plus.
