Job description

An experienced Data Migration Specialist to spearhead a high-profile integration project. Our client is currently merging a significant international employee base into their central operations. We need a specialist who can ensure every piece of data is accurate, compliant, and migrated according to the project roadmap.

Outcomes of the project.

  • Flawless Data Transition: Completion of a fully validated payroll data migration from legacy environments to ADP GlobalView within the defined project timeline.
  • Integrity & Reconciliation: Achieving 100% data accuracy through rigorous reconciliation and successful test cycle sign-offs prior to go-live.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Full adherence to all relevant local and regional statutory payroll regulations, ensuring a transition with zero high-severity compliance risks.
  • Technical Readiness: Successful execution of all UAT, parallel runs, and cutover phases with comprehensive audit trails.
  • Operational Continuity: Delivery of high-quality process documentation and a smooth knowledge handover to internal teams.
  • Stakeholder Synergy: Maintaining a proactive and clear communication flow between international HR, IT, and external outsourcing partners.

You will:

  • Drive the end-to-end data migration lifecycle, from initial planning to final cutover.
  • Lead the gathering, cleansing, and mapping of complex data sets using advanced MS Excel techniques.
  • Oversee critical testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and parallel payroll runs.
  • Troubleshoot migration discrepancies and ensure data aligns with local tax and social security requirements.
  • Produce detailed documentation to secure the project's long-term sustainability.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tax experience?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Proven track record in ADP GlobalView and multi-country HR/Payroll data migration projects.

  • Deep functional knowledge of regional payroll regulations, including tax, social security, and statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Expert-level data analysis skills, particularly in mapping and validating large-scale datasets.
  • Prior experience with SAP ECP, SuccessFactors, or large-scale HRIS integrations is highly desirable.

  • Mobile & Adaptable: Willing to travel to various client locations during peak project milestones (such as UAT and go-live phases).
  • Qualified: A Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
