ERP Cloud Finance Lead Consultant

• Support and advise existing customers on the optimal use of our ERP Cloud products and related business
• Work with existing and new customers to understand their requirements and deliver modern best practice solutions with the best fit to their needs
• Educate and guide our customers on their Cloud journeys before, during, and after implementation projects
• Run solution-driven workshop sessions analysing customer requirements and recommending future state process and solution design
• Design and document solutions to automate business processes and satisfy requirements with Oracle ERP
• Lead international implementation teams and guide other consultants through design, configuration, validation, and live operate phases
• Support pre-sales: lead solution workshops, shape proposals and estimates, and deliver targeted demos with Sales
• Work closely with other departments (e.g. Client Success Managers, Support, Development and Sales)
• Adopt innovation and AI in all assignments

Do you have experience in Time management?, Do you have a Master's degree?, You are a senior team player with passion for customer success who will contribute to a leading Cloud service provider with your energy and experience., * Master Business degree/ University and/or Bachelor degree

• Proven > 5 years' experience working with Oracle ERP Finance Systems
• Hands-on experience with core ERP Cloud Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM - Expenses/Projects are a plus)
• Profound understanding of Finance business processes
• Familiarity with configuration of Dutch tax is a plus
• High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief and achievement-orientation
• Acting as a trusted advisor to our customers as it pertains to their use of Oracle Cloud solutions
• Pragmatic, customer-first mindset that turns complex finance challenges into simple and compliant Cloud solutions that deliver measurable outcomes to our customers
• Entrepreneurial attitude to grow Oracle business
• Ability to travel as needed
• Fluency in Dutch; good level in English
• Excellent organization and time management skills
