• Design and implement IAM solutions using One Identity products aligned with industry best practices.
• Customize and manage the One Identity data model.
• Build, maintain, and optimize One Identity connectors.
• Work with One Identity APIs and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design IAM solutions.
• Support full lifecycle implementation including design, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and access control processes.
• Provide technical documentation and support.

We are seeking an experienced One Identity Manager Engineer / Microsoft IAM Consultant to support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives for a project based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in One Identity solutions, IAM architecture, and enterprise identity management implementations., * 8-10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

• Minimum 9 years of experience as a One Identity Manager Engineer.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, and access control.
• Deep knowledge of One Identity Manager platform and data model customization.
• Experience with One Identity product suite including:

• One Identity Manager
• Safeguard
• Active Roles
• Defender
• Starling 2FA

• Experience with One Identity APIs and integrations.
• Programming skills in VB.NET (or similar).
• Strong experience in solution design, implementation, and technical support., * Cloud computing and modern architecture knowledge.
• Experience with microservices and containerization.
• DevOps practices and tools experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
