The candidate will work alongside and report to our Helpdesk Manager across Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
The Helpdesk Administrator provides vital administrative, scheduling, compliance, and communication support. Working closely with the Helpdesk Manager, engineers, clients, and suppliers, you will ensure all reactive work, planned maintenance, and installations are coordinated safely, efficiently, and to a high professional standard, * General office administration.
- Vehicle/fleet Management.
- Management of engineers tools list.
- Management of engineers uniform.
- Managing engineers e-learning.
- Placing orders with suppliers and managing collection by engineers.
- Processing engineers holiday requests etc.
- Updating client portals.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, The candidate must have exceptional customer service skills and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc)., * Experience in Helpdesk, Service Desk, FM Administration is essential. (HVAC/M&E/FM preferred).
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong telephone and email professionalism.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- IT competent (Outlook, Excel, Word; simPRO experience beneficial but not essential).
- Understanding of health & safety documentation (RAMS, permits, compliance) is advantageous, * Helpdesk/Office Administration: 1 year (preferred)
