We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff alike., * Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with courteous phone etiquette
- Answering and screening incoming calls, taking messages, and managing correspondence
- Managing appointment scheduling and calendar organisation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records using software such as QuickBooks and other relevant programmes
- Handling administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and organising documents
- Assisting with basic office supplies management and organising meeting rooms
- Supporting team members with clerical duties to ensure efficient office operations
- Maintaining a professional appearance of the reception area at all times
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles will be highly regarded
