Job description
To Lead the development, improvement, and management of the Sizewell C Integrated Management System (IMS). You will create, update, retire and govern project procedures, manage the procedure pipeline, support compliance with regulatory and management-system standards, and lead a small team of IMS Analysts., * Develop, update, and govern IMS procedures and process documentation.
- Manage and prioritise the procedure work pipeline aligned to project milestones.
- Facilitate process workshops and create process models (BPMN/Lean/Six Sigma).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory licence conditions and management-system standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all project functions for approvals and reviews.
- Support publication of approved procedures to the live IMS environment.
- Provide coaching and training in procedure development.
- Maintain accurate documentation within systems like Teamcenter.
- Lead and develop a team of IMS Analysts.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing and maintaining company procedures and process best practice.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Skilled in process modelling and proficient in Visio.
- Degree-level education or experience in a regulated/major project environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role in construction or energy.
Desirable
- Experience in nuclear or large infrastructure projects.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Experience with enterprise architecture tools (iServer, HOPEX, LeanIX etc.).
- Understanding of BPMN and nuclear management-system standards.
- Experience with Power BI.
