Job description
We are seeking a GTM Engineer to assume the pivotal role of technical architect within our revenue engine. Positioned at the crossroads of sales, marketing, data, and automation, you will be instrumental in designing systems that fuel our pipeline and revenue growth. This role goes beyond report generation; it involves replacing manual tasks with AI, scalable code, and workflows, ultimately constructing the infrastructure that enables us to engage with creators, agencies, and partners proactively. Responsibilities
- Build the Creator Prospecting Engine by scraping and monitoring platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and OF to identify creators matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and implement waterfall enrichment to obtain contact information and score high-value opportunities.
- Scale AI Creator Growth by optimising self-serve onboarding flows and developing automated prospecting pipelines for agencies specialising in AI-generated content.
- Systematise Agency Partnerships by architecting scraping and scoring workflows to pinpoint high-value talent agencies and OFMs, automating outreach to key decision-makers.
- Drive Marketing Automation by creating scalable influencer marketing and ambassador program infrastructures, automating discovery, and developing 'growth loops' for referrals.
- Manage Deal Intelligence by constructing dashboards to track high-value negotiations (750K-1M advances) and automating alerts for stalled deals or significant changes in a creator's social metrics.
- Automate Competitive Intelligence by building systems to monitor competitors (such as FanFix and Passes) for feature launches and trigger alerts when high-value creators leave competing platforms.
- Optimise Inbound Processing by implementing 'speed-to-lead' automation to instantly score, enrich, and route inbound leads, ensuring celebrity talent is immediately directed to leadership.
- Engineer Retention by developing automated 'health scoring' and churn prediction models that initiate proactive intervention to retain creators on the platform, with a key focus on this area for 2026.
- Own Analytics Infrastructure by establishing a single source of truth for key metrics such as CAC, ARR, MRR, and creating forecasting models to project revenue growth for investors.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in RevOps, Growth Engineering, or a technical GTM role in a high-growth environment.
- Expertise in CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce) and automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript for data manipulation and custom scraping.
- Ability to prioritise development based on business impact, understanding that code must drive revenue.
- Familiarity with the creator economy, including the nuances of different segments such as mainstream, adult, and AI.
