Job description
My client is a global FMCG leader. They are searching for a SAP Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a global S/4HANA implementation., * Project planning, execution and monitoring
- Developing detailed plans including scope, objectives, timelines and resource management
- Workstream packages delivered in line with scope.
- Understanding programme interdependencies, and ensure plans reflect the worksteams.
- Ensure workstream structures are set up for success and metrics on progress in place.
- Proactively manages risks and issues arising from their project workstreams.
- Keeping all relevant stakeholders up to date of progress.
- Managing third-party contributions (near and offshore) to the programme and quality of the delivery.
- Ensure transition from old to new minimises operational disruption.
- Reporting progress of their workstreams at regular intervals to the PMO Lead
Requirements
- SAP S/4 HANA or ERP experience
- Desirable background in Manufacturing/FMCG
- Proven track record in delivering complex work packages
- Experience in managing cross functional teams and key stakeholders
- Significant understanding of appropriate frameworks to support a successful ERP deployment (eg SAP Activate, BPML/EML management)
- Business Process consulting
- Experience of delivering complex projects in a diverse system landscape
- Programme/Project Management methodologies to support delivery
