UX Designer

This UX Designer position will see you helping to shape intuitive, scalable, user-centred experiences across a range of B2B SaaS products. You working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders within an agile environment., * UX design across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to iteration

• Plan, conduct, and synthesise user research and usability testing
• Translate user, business, and technical needs into clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Design complex, data-heavy, role-based B2B experiences
• Collaborate closely with in-house developers and product managers in an agile setup

Do you have experience in User research?, To be considered for this UX Designer role you must have 2+ years of commercial experience within UX. This role suits someone experienced in complex B2B workflows, confident advocating for user research, and comfortable designing within established design systems. You must also be proficient in Figma and prototyping tools., * 1+ years' experience in UX, Product Design, or a related role

• Proven experience designing B2B SaaS products and complex workflows
• Strong user research and usability testing experience
• Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and inclusive design
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
