Job description
- You design and develop sophisticated C++ components for our medical software solutions, with a strong focus on performance, stability, and scalability.
- You architect and implement complex multithreading and parallelization concepts, ensuring efficient and safe execution of concurrent processes.
- You collaborate closely with Architecture, QA, and Product Management to deliver robust, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.
- You analyze and optimize existing codebases, identify performance bottlenecks, and elevate system performance to the next level.
- You actively introduce new technologies and best practices, raising the overall C++ engineering bar within the team.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Debugging?, * Several years of professional experience in C++ development, ideally in high-performance, highly parallelized systems.
- Outstanding academic background with a completed university degree and very strong grades in computer science, mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
- Excellent command of modern C++ (e.g. C++14/17/20), multithreading, concurrency models, debugging, and performance tuning; experience with common build and CI tools.
- Fluent in communicating in English, very good German skills are a plus.
- Structured and analytical working style, high quality standards, strong team orientation, and enthusiasm for solving complex technical challenges.
