Product Owner

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, maximizing business value, and working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
• Own, manage, and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology, and design teams.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
• Ensure product delivery aligns with strategic objectives.
• Track KPIs and product metrics to drive continuous improvement.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in banking and/or insurance.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Based in Madrid or willing to work there.
• Technical background or experience working closely with development teams.
