The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, maximizing business value, and working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
- Own, manage, and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology, and design teams.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
- Ensure product delivery aligns with strategic objectives.
- Track KPIs and product metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in banking and/or insurance.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Based in Madrid or willing to work there.
- Technical background or experience working closely with development teams.
