Requirements

Do you have experience in Web development?, * 10+ years' experience in development/software engineering and working within agile organisations.

Strong skills in JavaScript with a focus on the core and how JavaScript works.
Experience with the NodeJS ecosystem and enjoy keeping up to date with the latest JavaScript releases and features.
Experience in (banking) enterprise working environments
Experience distributed development teams across multiple geographies
Deep experience working with and familiary with design systems
Experience leading technical transformation projects
Experience collaborating with architecture, UX, product and business.
Deep knowledge of and working experience with web components and the Lit library.
Experience with frontend build tooling e.g., Webpack and Rollup.
Experience with CI/CD tooling, preferably Azure DevOps.
Desirable Design Patterns: Single Page Applications, Server-Side Rendering / Static Site Generation (NextJS), SEO optimization.
Well versed with TDD, BDD, and testing tools such as Mocha, Chai, Selenium, Karma, etc.
Strong technical communication skills and keen to engage with customers.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
