- Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure software meets the highest quality standards
- Gain practical experience in manual and automated testing practices
- Contribute directly to improving software functionality, performance, and user experience
- Build the skills needed to progress into QA automation, leadership, or software development roles, + Execute manual test cases to verify functionality, usability, and performance of software
- Log, document, and track defects with accuracy and clarity
- Collaborate with developers and QA team members to reproduce and resolve issues
- Support automated testing initiatives under guidance and training
- Contribute ideas to improve software quality, processes, and user experience
- Maintain adherence to testing standards and ensure data and system integrity
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Basic understanding of software systems, web or mobile applications; prior exposure is a plus but not essential
- Good written and verbal communication skills to document and explain findings clearly
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- No formal degree required - passion, curiosity, and drive are what matter
