  • Support automated testing initiatives under guidance and training
  • Contribute ideas to improve software quality, processes, and user experience
  • Maintain adherence to testing standards and ensure data and system integrity

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Basic understanding of software systems, web or mobile applications; prior exposure is a plus but not essential
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to document and explain findings clearly
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • No formal degree required - passion, curiosity, and drive are what matter
