Job description

The position entails technical support, training, and advice to customers using Revit for architectural design, building services, and multidisciplinary BIM coordination. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will help organisations adopt best practice workflows and get maximum value from their Autodesk investment and be supported as you progress your skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support

· Provide technical assistance to customers using Revit Architecture, Revit MEP and eventually Revit Structural as well as other related software

· Troubleshoot customer issues

· Advise on best practice for families, templates, work-sharing, and BIM standards

Training Delivery

· Deliver structured Revit training courses (Architectural & MEP)

· Create learning materials and workflows tailored to customer needs

· Support both classroom-based and remote training sessions

Pre-Sales & Consultancy

· Support sales team with Revit demonstrations and technical discussions

· Help define customer requirements for Architectural and MEP workflows

· Assist with BIM implementation projects and standards development

Systems & Deployment

· Assist with installation and configuration of Autodesk software

· Support setup of BIM environments, templates, and libraries

· Contribute to internal knowledge base and technical documentation

Technical Development

· Develop in-depth knowledge of Autodesk Revit for Architectural, MEP and Structural Design toolsets

· Understand BIM standards, model coordination, and data management processes

· Gain familiarity with associated Autodesk tools such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Revit?, We are looking for an enthusiastic Revit Applications Engineer with a focus on Architectural and MEP workflows to join our growing technical team. This role is ideal for a graduate or early-career professional with hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit who is keen to develop into a customer-facing specialist., · High level of competence in Architecture, Building Services, Architectural Technology, or related discipline.

· Practical experience using Autodesk Revit

· The ability/willingness to learn and implement new CAD related software

· Understanding of Architectural or MEP design processes

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills

· Enthusiasm for BIM and digital construction

· Full driving license and transport

Desirable

· Experience with Revit MEP systems (mechanical/electrical/public health)

· Exposure to Navisworks, AutoCAD, or Autodesk Construction Cloud

· Experience creating Revit families and templates

· Exposure to Dynamo programming language

· Exposure to TwinMotion for Revit

· Knowledge of BIM standards such as ISO 19650

· Experience with Electrical Schematic Design
