Job description
The Site ERP Implementation Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the successful rollout of the ERP system at the site level. As a local liaison between the global ERP project team and site operations, this individual will help ensure business continuity, coordinate change management efforts throughout the implementation, facilitate data collection and validation, identify and support future training activities., * Act as Main Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison between central programme teams and site-level stakeholders to ensure effective communication, alignment, and coordination.
- Own the Site Project Plan: Maintain accountability for the Highlander project plan at the site level, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly defined and tracked.
- Assess Business Impacts: Identify business impacts and collaborate with SMEs and the BU ERP Project Manager to define mitigation and action plans, reporting progress regularly to the Transformation PMO.
- Monitor Site Readiness: Track readiness activities, identify gaps, and escalate risks or issues through the established governance structure when necessary.
- Develop Local Training Strategy: Conduct training needs analyses and work with key stakeholders to design and deliver a comprehensive site-specific training plan that ensures timely knowledge and skills transfer.
- Coordinate Additional Training: Identify and arrange delivery of supplementary training initiatives (e.g., change management, project management, standard costing, MRPII) at appropriate stages of the project.
- Lead Local Testing Activities: Coordinate and support site testing efforts, including the identification and documentation of test scenarios.
- Support Go-Live and Hypercare: Participate in go-live preparation and provide on-site hypercare support to minimize business disruption, ensuring effective adoption and issue resolution.
- Manage Data-Related Risks: Work closely with the Site Data Lead to surface data-related issues or risks, ensuring timely escalation to project teams and PMO.
- Assist with Project Documentation: Support the GBU ERP Project Managers by contributing to the creation, review, and maintenance of project documentation.
- Drive Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate local communications and engagement activities, ensuring clarity, consistency, and maintaining stakeholder buy-in.
- Support Resource Planning: Identify resourcing gaps and ensure project teams have timely access to the required tools, expertise, and business resources.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Excel?, * Project & Change Management Expertise Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and supporting change initiatives, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute activities effectively.

Strong Communication & Coordination Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups and levels of the organization.

Proactive and Detail-Oriented Approach Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced project environment. Able to anticipate challenges and take initiative to resolve issues.

Data & Digital Proficiency Confident working with Excel (e.g., data validation, basic analysis, reporting) and collaborating across functional areas to ensure accuracy and alignment.
