Job description
- Work hand-in-hand with expert engineers and delivery leads to bring a next-generation insurance intelligence platform to life for clients.
- Collaborate across product, data, and customer teams to ensure every implementation lands smoothly and delivers real impact.
- Take a leading role in the full technical delivery cycle, from digging into requirements and shaping solutions, to building, testing, launching, and optimising them once live.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes, helping multiple teams work faster, smarter, and with fewer manual steps.
- Roll up your sleeves and get deep into the codebase, building and debugging production-quality integration and platform features using languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL to support both client deployments and internal tooling.
Requirements
- Exceptional academic qualifications in Computer Science or related discipline
- Several years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or similar role
- Experience of direct client/customer interaction
- Excellent coding experience - flexible on languages
- Analytical problem solving experience with complex systems and processes
