Responsibilities:
- Drive the evolution of the Enterprise Architecture by assessing emerging trends, technologies, and innovative solutions aligned with business strategy.
- Act as the reference architect for the Data domain, providing architectural leadership and expertise.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to translate customer needs into clear business and architectural objectives.
- Define and maintain the application landscape, including:
- Functional capabilities
- Application and solution selection
- Data and message flows
- Integration patterns
- Component and deployment views
- Ensure proposed solutions positively impact business and IT operations, optimizing total cost of ownership (TCO) and minimizing risk.
- Guide and support cross-functional Squads in implementing the defined Enterprise Architecture.
- Stay up to date with current and emerging technologies and proactively recommend improvements and next-best actions.
- Define and maintain architectural guardrails (standards, principles, and guidelines) and ensure adherence through effective governance.
- Oversee and coordinate application landscape evolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Support cybersecurity and GDPR compliance assessments, including defining action plans and required controls for new or evolving components.
- Contribute actively to the Governance & Solutions Architecture Chapter, collaborating with Enterprise Architects, Domain Architects, Software Architects, and Product Owners within the Agile organization
Requirements
Do you have experience in Sales?, * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Architect.
- Proven experience in data architecture design and implementation, from concept to execution.
- Strong experience in modeling AS-IS and TO-BE Enterprise Architectures.
- Solid understanding of enterprise data landscapes, integration patterns, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, define, and translate user requirements into actionable architectural solutions.
- Ability to advise stakeholders on scope, trade-offs, and business/IT improvement opportunities.
- Structured, quality-oriented, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
- Strong team player who collaborates effectively and leverages peer expertise to deliver optimal solutions.
- Mandatory: Professional proficiency in French or Dutch, and strong command of English
