Data Analyst

• Junior Data Analyst: you will focus on preparing and executing analyses, supporting senior colleagues in delivering client-ready outputs., Junior Data Analyst
• Prepare reward and compensation datasets for analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct statistical and regression analyses under the guidance of senior colleagues.
• Develop dashboards and visualisations (Power BI, R, Python) to support client discussions.
• Draft initial reports and presentations for senior review.
• Support the implementation of pay equity & transparency analyses.

Senior Data Analyst

• Lead the design and execution of advanced reward analytics projects.
• Review and validate analyses prepared by junior colleagues, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Translate findings into clear insights and recommendations for clients.
• Engage directly with clients to present results and provide advice on next steps.

Do you have experience in R?, * Strong interest to bring advanced analytics (and artificial intelligence) into our client solutions & applications

• At least 1 - 3 years (junior profile) or 4 - 6 years (senior profile) of experience in data analytics
• Experience in applying statistical techniques
• Experience working with R or Python and Power BI (or other data visualisation tools)
• Fluency in written and spoken English and preferably one additional language (Dutch or French)
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualisation tools
