Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic SAP SuccessFactors Manager, with a focus on Core HR, Time and/or Payroll to strengthen our team. In this role, you will engage in the following activities:

  • You will part of the SAP SuccessFactors Management team, define plans for future success together with the management team, Deloitte leadership & with our enthusiastic team;
  • You are committed to helping our clients both in defining their HR Technology strategy and architecture, as well as in maximizing the potential value of their SuccessFactors solution in an increasingly complex and unpredictable HR market. We support our clients from business case to actual implementation of the technology and support.
  • Trusted Advisor: Become a trusted advisor to our clients in the strategy and/or implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions - improving the value of the technology and positioning HR as an impactful player in the business;
  • Project Leadership: Guide clients and project teams through the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, including the (re)alignment of the HR strategy with SAP SuccessFactors, (re)designing the processes, configuration and integration of the solution in legacy systems and processes and supporting them in the continuous evolution of their HR organization enabled by technology. As a Project Manager, you will bring structure in large scale and complex projects, manage ambiguity and different stakeholders and priorities;
  • Business Growth: Help our business grow through impactful business development - organize and lead bid teams;

Requirements

Do you have experience in SAP SuccessFactors?, * At least 5-7 years of relevant domain experience, including client-facing experience.

  • Passion for SAP SuccessFactors and HR Transformation: You have a proven track record in leading SAP SuccessFactors implementations and product knowledge in Employee Central, and or EC Time and/or EC Payroll.
  • Project Management: You are a dedicated project manager with skills in defining project scopes and budgets, writing proposals, managing resources, mitigating risks, resolving issues, and reporting on status.
  • Commercial Acumen: You have a commercial attitude and can make an impact that matters on the development of our business.
  • An excellent communicator and a strong team player.
  • You thrive in an international environment and are flexible for occasional travel when needed.
  • Language Skills: You have excellent presentation and communication skills in English and professionally fluent in Dutch and/or French.
