Job description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic System Engineer Specialist to join our System Team.
Reporting directly to the Domain Lead System, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Windows Server, Exchange, and automation/patching infrastructures. You will ensure efficient and reliable operations across these environments, supporting business objectives while driving technical innovation.
Your main responsabilities will be:
- Microsoft Datacentre Infrastructure: Design and implement Microsoft datacentre solutions, including Windows Server templates, automatic VM provisioning (VMware, Azure), OS lifecycle management, and support for ADDS, DNS, and PKI.
- Exchange Infrastructure: Design, configure, and maintain Exchange Online and On-Prem environments, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
- Automation & Patching: Implement and manage automation and patching solutions for Windows Server environments, including automated software deployments and platform resiliency.
- Project & Initiative Management: Lead IT and OT infrastructure projects from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve Windows Server, Exchange, and File Server issues while performing regular maintenance and upgrades.
- Availability & Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security policies, standards, and best practices across all managed systems.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with network, cloud, security, and development teams, while maintaining accurate technical documentation and promoting continuous improvement., * 5 weeks annual vacation with 2 additional weeks between Christmas and New Year (through daily accumulated minutes throughout the year);

Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are looking for a highly skilled professional with solid technical expertise and strong communication abilities to effectively support and enhance our system environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and infrastructure concepts
- Experience with server hardware, networking, and storage systems
- Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Certifications such as AZ-800 (or equivalent) preferred; ITIL certification required
- Client- and service-centric mindset; fluency in French and English
