- Lead the modernisation of enterprise data landscapes using next-generation cloud-based platforms and advanced data architectures to ensure high-quality, scalable, and business-aligned data solutions.
- Design and implement end-to-end data platform strategies, including data ingestion, modelling, governance, and analytics, enabling clients to meet regulatory, operational, and growth objectives.
- Own complex data platform transformations, guiding clients from strategic advisory through to implementation and operationalisation.
- Leverage expertise in cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, GCP, and Azure to deliver robust Data Vault and dimensional modelling solutions supporting enterprise reporting and analytics.
- Manage cross-functional, geographically distributed teams, including nearshore and offshore resources, to deliver high-quality data platform solutions on time and budget.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships, expanding our footprint through thought leadership and proactive stakeholder engagement.
- Translate complex business requirements into coherent, scalable data architectures that drive business value.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence.

Consulting and Communication Skills:
- Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing diverse data & analytics teams and projects, including nearshore/offshore resources, with strong project management and budget oversight capabilities.
- Consulting Acumen: Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritise effectively, and engage clients through compelling presentations and clear communication.
- Business-Technology Bridging: Skilled at translating complex business needs into technical data platform solutions, with a strong conceptual mindset to simplify and consolidate diverse requirements.
- Strategic Influence: Ability to develop and drive data platform strategies and go-to-market approaches, influencing senior stakeholders and expanding client engagements.
Technical Expertise:
- Extensive hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, GCP, Azure), including data ingestion, modelling (Data Vault 2.0, Star Schema), and governance frameworks.
- Proven track record in leading full lifecycle implementations-from vendor selection to deployment and operational support.
- Deep understanding of data governance, master data management, and data quality practices within enterprise environments.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent English with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills; additional language skills (e.g., German, French) are advantageous.
Industry Experience:
- Minimum 6 years in data governance, data management, data engineering, or analytics roles within consulting, technology, or industry sectors, preferably with exposure to financial services, consumer goods, or utilities.
