Working Student - Operations Analytics & Insights

• Build and optimize Power BI dashboards for the daily monitoring and performance analysis of our charging infrastructure
• Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities to support operational excellence
• Prepare, analyze, and visualize data to create meaningful reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Create clear, datadriven PowerPoint presentations for various stakeholders, ensuring that insights are easy to understand and actionable
• Ensure data quality within Operations through regular updates and validation procedures

Do you have experience in Python?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * You are currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters program in a relevant field such as business informatics, data science, engineering, statistics, computer science or a related discipline

• Strong skills in Power BI, including experience with DAX
• Strong data visualization skills and a good understanding of how to build structured and insightful PowerPoint presentations
• First practical experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or JavaScript
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to distill complex data into actionable insights
• You are motivated to actively contribute to the growth of a leading charging infrastructure provider and are open to taking on both analytical and operational tasks
• You are fluent in English and ideally also in German
