Senior SAP TM Consultant

We are looking for a Senior SAP Transportation Management Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of SAP Transportation Management solutions within large-scale digital transformation programs. This role focuses on hands-on configuration, functional design, and system integration to enhance transportation planning and logistics execution processes in regulated environments.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Configure and support SAP TM (embedded or standalone) as part of an S/4HANA transformation program.
• Participate in business workshops to gather and analyze transportation-related requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Configure core SAP TM components including Freight Units, Freight Orders, Freight Bookings, Charge Management, and Transportation Cockpit.
• Support transportation planning, carrier selection, freight settlement, and charge calculation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Warehousing, Finance, IT) to ensure integration with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, SD, and MM.
• Contribute to integration design including IDocs, EDI, and interfaces with third-party logistics providers.
• Support data migration activities related to transportation master and transactional data.
• Execute unit testing, support SIT and UAT, and assist during go-live and hypercare phases.
• Document solution design and configuration according to project standards and compliance requirements., Attend a Technical Interview - Participate in a 30-minute session with one of our experts to discuss your skills and experience in more detail.

Participate in a Client Interview (if applicable) - For some roles, you may be invited to a client-facing discussion (30-60 minutes online).

Do you have experience in Unit testing?, * 10+ years of SAP Transportation Management experience.

• Experience in at least one two-cycle SAP TM implementation project.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP TM (planning, execution, freight settlement, and charge management).
• Experience integrating SAP TM with SAP S/4HANA (embedded TM preferred).
• Good understanding of SAP logistics modules (SD, MM, EWM) and related integration points.
• Experience with EDI, IDocs, and third-party carrier integrations.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications within TM.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently within project teams.
• Effective communication skills in cross-functional and international environments.
