SAP Delivery Lead

We're looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end SAP programs across the Iberian region (Spain, Portugal, and Italy). In this senior leadership position, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding teams, ensuring delivery excellence, and influencing SAP transformation journeys for top-tier multinational clients.

What You'll Do

• Lead the full lifecycle of SAP delivery for multiple strategic clients
• Serve as the primary delivery partner for regional stakeholders
• Drive alignment between cross-functional teams in Spain, Portugal, Italy, India, and Europe
• Define roadmaps, resource models, governance structures, and risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure consistent adherence to global delivery frameworks and best practices
• Support pre-sales with solutioning, estimations, and proposal development
• Track KPIs, financials, timelines, and delivery metrics
• Champion continuous improvement across delivery processes
• Mentor and coach project managers, functional consultants, and technical leads

Do you have experience in Scrum?, * 10+ years of SAP project/program management experience

• Proven track record delivering multi-module, multi-country SAP programs
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and SaaS implementation methodologies
• Experience managing distributed teams across geographies and cultures
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong foundation in governance, risk management, and financials
• Full working proficiency both in English and Spanish

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SAP Cloud solutions: BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, CX
• Understanding of Iberian tax, regulatory, and localization requirements
• Background working with manufacturing, retail, utilities, or pharma clients
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for SAP delivery
• Certifications such as SAP, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum are a strong advantage
• Experience working with global IT service providers or consulting firms
