Job description

We are looking for Technical Support Agents with Portuguese to provide technical assistance to a project with a world leading software development company., * Assist external/internal users of the client's technical products or services; identify, investigate, research and provide resolution to user questions and problems

  • Troubleshoot basic to complex customer issues that are technical in nature, including software, networking, or other designated client products
  • Follow appropriate escalation path to resolve technical issues; including making follow-up outbound calls to customers or other parties as needed
  • Solve problems that are generally unstructured and require extensive use of conceptual thinking skills
  • Log all incoming calls and accurately complete case notes in the call tracking database

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Portuguese (native) and English (advanced).

  • Training or experience in IT technologies/products, especially in Cloud technologies or products related to Office, Outlook, Onedrive, Exchange, Sharepoint, Sharepoint, Lync Server, Microsoft Windows (valuable)

  • Ability to handle diverse customer situations, with empathy and professionalism.

  • Critical and logical thinking for effective problem solving
