Job description
As a Modern Workplace Specialist within our global team, you play a pivotal role in supporting, securing, and advancing DLL's worldwide workplace services, all of which contribute directly to our business success. DLL leverages an extensive portfolio of Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft Teams and the comprehensive Microsoft 365 suite for collaboration, as well as Intune for secure endpoint management, empowering our 8,000 users globally every day. To provide efficient, seamless, and intuitive services for our customers, your team continually seeks opportunities for automation and increased user adoption. Your responsibilities will center on serving as the subject matter expert for Microsoft endpoint and/ or Microsoft collaboration services, with ongoing opportunities to expand your technical expertise. You will join a team equally dedicated to professional development, characterized by a strong growth mindset. Given DLL's global presence, you may occasionally address complex end-user support issues but mostly participate in-or even lead-major global changes in our Microsoft environment.
Must: Hands-on experience with enterprise-level Microsoft services and endpoints is essential; holding an MD-102 certification is considered a significant asset.
Day to day:
- Coordinate and solve (complex) requests and incidents, from single user to major incidents.
- Coordinate and execute changes with a global scope.
- Execute service management activities towards Microsoft and other relevant vendors.
- Help manage risk and security on all Microsoft services, leveraging Purview and Security Portals
- Identify and execute automation and improvement opportunities.
- Be an evangelist of our services and their best practices to our DLL stakeholders.
- Stay up to speed with the newest Microsoft related Cloud technologies and developments.

Requirements
Do you have experience in UX?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 services support, however more senior applicants are also very welcome to apply.
- Technical and service delivery experience with:
- Mobile Device Management, Microsoft Intune
- (Microsoft) Security products
- Microsoft 365, Office 365, Teams, Viva Engage
- Experience in 1 or more of the following areas is preferred:
- (PowerShell) automation
- Support of Microsoft PowerApps
- Vendor/partner management (including licensing models)
- Microsoft Copilot
- Customer experience focus (UX) and proven customer-centric skill sets are a plus
- Good communicator in speech and writing in English is key (and Dutch when you will work in our Eindhoven office)
The ideal candidate, preferably, is passionate about Modern Workplace IT and has in-depth knowledge on some technologies (T-shaped) but also brings good soft skills and consultancy mindset to the table and is a fast, enthusiastic learner. The candidate understands that success is highly dependent on working together with the team and other teams and collaboration in multi-disciplinary projects is part of the job. The environment is very fast paced with your team having responsibilities over multiple projects of various sizes at all times, working in an Agile structure, based on priority and business value.
