Job description

Cirrus Nexus UK is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Tooling Support Analyst to support a high-profile financial services client. This role provides operational and user support across the enterprise architecture tooling environment, working closely with senior specialists to ensure smooth platform operations, strong user enablement, and high-quality documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience in enterprise architecture tooling, platform support, and consulting within a regulated, enterprise-scale environment., User Support & Access Management

  • Provide first-line support to enterprise architecture platform users
  • Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access requests
  • Configure and maintain role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Perform user access reviews to support security and compliance
  • Assist with user training sessions and creation of user guides

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Maintain and update user guides, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles
  • Document operational procedures, runbooks, FAQs, and troubleshooting steps
  • Ensure documentation accuracy, structure, and consistency
  • Capture and document solutions to recurring issues

Platform Operations Support

  • Support day-to-day platform administration activities and monitoring
  • Assist with platform upgrades, testing, and post-implementation validation
  • Monitor scheduled jobs, integrations, and automated workflows
  • Log, track, and manage vendor support tickets
  • Support data quality checks and cleansing activities

Support to Specialist Teams

  • Assist senior team members with testing, documentation, and administration tasks
  • Support integration and automation initiatives through testing and validation
  • Conduct research and analysis for new tooling requirements
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Do you have experience in Visio?, Technical Skills

  • Understanding of enterprise architecture concepts and terminology
  • Familiarity with EA tooling platforms (BiZZdesign, Sparx EA, MEGA, Ardoq, or similar)
  • Experience with enterprise application or platform support
  • Understanding of user access management and security principles
  • Strong documentation skills using tools such as Confluence or SharePoint
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and working in technical environments

Professional Experience

  • 2-4 years' experience in technical support, platform administration, or IT operations
  • Experience supporting enterprise or business-critical applications
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and structured support processes (e.g. ITIL)
  • Experience in financial services, consulting, or regulated industries is advantageous

Desirable Experience

  • Hands-on experience with BiZZdesign Enterprise Studio or Horizzon Server
  • Exposure to ArchiMate, TOGAF, or other EA frameworks
  • Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell)
  • Knowledge of SSO, Active Directory, or identity management
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Planview, CMDB, or similar platforms
  • Experience delivering user training or creating training materials, * technical support, platform administration, IT operations: 2 years (preferred)
