Job description

Examine existing software and determine requirements for new/modified systems in the light of client's business needs

Undertake feasibility study to design software solutions
Write and code individual programs according to specifications
Perform rigorous regression testing during platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Test and correct software programs
Write code for specialist programming for computer applications, (for example, artificial intelligence, 3D engine development)
Implement and evaluate the software
creating test plans, utilizing the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), identifying defects, and validating system upgrades.
Support UAT by preparing scripts and coordinating with stakeholders to validate business workflows.
Write operational documentation and provides subsequent support and training for users

Requirements

The right candidate is required to have a good understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts; understanding of principles of routing, client/server programming, and the understanding of consistent network-wide enterprise-class subsystems.
You need to be Pro-active, driven & adaptable.
Due to the technical nature of the job, proficiency in the following is a mandatory requirement for this job:

Technical and professional skill or knowledge in Core Java, J 2 EE, JavaScript, JDBC, HTML, WebServices(SOAP and RESTful), Spring, Hibernate, Struts and iBatis, XML, JSON and Oracle Database.
You should also have knowledge of be ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow IT Operations Management Community Leader, ServiceNow acclaimed IT Operations Management Expert.
You should be a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM, Service Provider. You should also have Micro Certification on Automated Test Framework, Performance Analytics.
