Job description
Role Responsibilities
- Supporting digital transformation projects across RLB UK's corporate and technical services
- Assisting in the development and deployment of internal systems, applications, and tools
- Contributing to the delivery of data and business intelligence solutions
- Gaining hands-on experience in IT operations, infrastructure, cyber security, and data analytics
- Supporting RLB Digital's client-facing teams to deliver digital solutions on real-world projects
- Exploring ways to innovate current ways of working through research and development
- Working closely with rotation leads to deliver project-based outcomes
- Completing relevant technical training and professional certifications
Programme Structure Year 1:
- Rotational placements across IT, Digital, and Data teams
- Tailored technical training and mentoring
- Exposure to areas including digital development, infrastructure, analytics, and project delivery
Year 2:
- Deeper involvement in project delivery and digital initiatives
- Practical application of technical skills and business knowledge
- Continued development and client engagement opportunities

Requirements
Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * A bachelor's degree in any discipline (STEM subjects advantageous)
- A genuine interest in digital technology, IT systems, or data
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to manage time, work across teams, and adapt to change
