Job description

You will be part of a collaborative team supporting data-driven decision making across the organisation. This role offers hands-on experience working with enterprise data warehousing and analytics platforms alongside Microsoft reporting and automation tools. Full training and mentoring will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone keen to build a long-term career in Business Intelligence. As a BI Analyst, you will support the development and enhancement of reports and data models, assist with gathering stakeholder requirements, and help deliver accurate, insightful reporting solutions. You will also provide first-line support for dashboards and reports, ensuring high data quality and strong governance standards., * Support development, maintenance and enhancement of reports and data models within enterprise BI platforms * Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions * Produce and maintain operational reports using Microsoft Excel and data automation tools * Perform data validation and basic analysis to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency * Provide user support for BI dashboards and reporting solutions * Document data sources, processes and reporting logic * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the BI function

Requirements

Strong interest in data, reporting and analytics * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) * Logical and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail * Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly * Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders * Comfortable working within a team environment and asking questions when needed * Eager to learn and develop new technical skills, Exposure to enterprise ERP or data warehousing platforms (academic or commercial) * Familiarity with BI or reporting tools * Understanding of basic data warehousing concepts * Experience with data transformation or workflow automation tools * Industry sector experience
