Are you in?, * Teamwork is dreamwork: You support the PMO in a company-wide digitalization program

• Take responsibility: You support the communications team in preparing content for various company-wide formats
• Stakeholder management: You create and structure presentations for different stakeholder groups
• Shape the future: You maintain and further develop the KPI tracking dashboard and ensure transparency in the Digital Transformation, * Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
• You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.

Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Education: You are currently studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study

• Experience: Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in consulting, project management, or a startup environment
• Personality: You are a team player with an independent, agile, and goal-oriented way of working. You also enjoy interacting with different stakeholders
• Interests: You have a strong affinity for digitalization topics and quickly grasp complex relationships. You also have a strong interest in the intensive use and configuration of collaboration platforms
• Skills: You are proficient in MS Office applications such as PowerPoint and collaboration tools like Miro, enjoy working creatively, and are skilled at writing texts. Knowledge of Tableau is an advantage
• Language skills: You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Availability: You are interested in a long-term collaboration with 16-20 working hours per week
