• Beratung unserer kleineren und mittleren Kunden (KMU) bei der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen für den Großhandel und den Import
• Durchführung von Workshops, Coachings und Prozessanalysen sowie Erstellung von Konzepten über Pflichthefte und DV-Dokumentationen
• Du implementierst selbstverantwortlich praxisnahe Softwarelösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden
• Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen - digital & vor Ort
• Ticketbasierte Bearbeitung von Kundenanliege

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Produktionsmanagement oder vergleichbare Ausbildung - oder relevante praktische Erfahrung
• Erfahrung als Key-User, Teil- oder Projektverantwortliche:r bei ERP-Einführungen oder Releasewechseln ist ein großes Plus
• Branchenwissen in den Bereichen Großhandel und Import von Vorteil
• Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie sichere Präsentationsfähigkeiten
• Praxiskenntnisse und sicherer Umgang in Java, SQL und MS Office sowie Affinität zu digitalen Tools (wie z.B. Jira, Confluence, etc.)
