Scrum Master

We are seeking a Scrum Master service to join our team. The ideal service will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process, coaching the team on Agile principles and practices, and removing any impediments that hinder the team's progress. The Scrum Master will service closely with the Product Owner and the development team to ensure effective communication and collaboration. They will also be responsible for organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. The Scrum Master will play a key service in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and helping the team reach their full potential.

What You'll Do

• Facilitating the daily stand-up meeting to ensure team alignment and progress tracking.
• Removing any obstacles or impediments that may affect the team's productivity and progress.
• Coaching and mentoring the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Servicing closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks.
• Organizing and facilitating sprint planning meetings to define the work to be done in the upcoming sprint.
• Encouraging and enabling collaboration and communication within the team and across stakeholders.
• Monitoring the team's adherence to Scrum practices and helping them continuously improve their processes.
• Conducting retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance team performance.
• Actively servicing in relevant meetings and discussions to provide guidance and support to the team.
• Supporting the team in maintaining a high level of motivation and engagement while promoting a positive team culture.

Do you have experience in Software development?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Strong overview of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.

• Previous expertise as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile service.
• Proven expertise to facilitate and coach teams in Agile practices and ceremonies.
• Problem-solving expertise to identify and address impediments that hinder the team's progress.
• Overview of software development processes and methodologies.
• Expertise in managing product backlogs and sprint planning activities.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are often preferred.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
