Job description

Do you want to play a key role in the stability, security, and evolution of the technology environments that support our teams' daily work? With us, you'll be at the heart of operations and actively contribute to improving our IT practices.

Your mission will be to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure, both on-premises and in the cloud. You will manage technology environments, cybersecurity, and advanced technical support., * Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (cloud and on-premises).

  • Implement monitoring tools and ensure business continuity.
  • Configure and maintain network equipment, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and virtualized servers.
  • Ensure system security and respond to incidents.
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support to users.
  • Participate in developing and enforcing IT policies, as well as continuous improvement initiatives.

Microsoft

  • 365 environment
  • Experience with Active Directory / Entra and Azure / FSLogix
  • PowerShell scripting

  • Teams Voice and telecommunications

Networking

  • Cisco switches

Requirements

  • A university degree in computer science with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or

  • A college diploma in computer science with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

  • You demonstrate autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • You are thorough and have excellent analytical skills.
  • You know how to manage priorities and actively contribute to projects.
  • You provide excellent customer service.
