Job description
- Design and implement efficient data processing solutions aligned with project and business goals.
- Refactor legacy Oracle PLSQL scripts into robust, maintainable Java code.
- Develop and manage automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality, reliable code.
- Conduct manual testing and validation of PLSQL script adjustments.
- Collaborate with architects, backend/front-end developers, and QA engineers to integrate data services within the application landscape.
- Ensure seamless integration using SOAP and RESTful services.
- Investigate and resolve performance issues in both Java and database layers.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL and PLSQL
- Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot frameworks
- Experience refactoring PLSQL scripts into Java microservices
- Proficiency in Java test automation frameworks (e.g., JUnit, TestNG, Mockito)
- Experience with manual testing of PLSQL-related features
- Dutch language proficiency (B2 level or higher)
- Solid understanding of SOAP and REST APIs
