Job description
- Design, build, and optimize data pipelines using Azure Synapse Pipelines
- Develop and maintain data models and transformations using T-SQL and Synapse Data Warehouse
- Implement and manage Dataflows for efficient data ingestion and processing
- Work with Databricks, PySpark, and SparkSQL for large-scale data processing
- Integrate data from multiple source systems, primarily Oracle ERP systems
- Transform raw ERP data into analytics-ready datasets for Power BI / Power Apps
- Collaborate with business users, analysts, and other technology teams to gather requirements
- Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and best practices in data engineering
- Support production issues and continuously improve data solutions
Requirements
Requirements Must-Have Technical Skills
- 8-10 years of experience in Data Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Azure Synapse
o T-SQL o Synapse Pipelines o Synapse Data Warehouse o Dataflows
- Experience with:
- Databricks
- PySpark
- SparkSQL
- MS Fabric
- Strong understanding of cloud-based data architectures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
