Copilot Implementation Manager

The Copilot Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end deployment and adoption of Copilot solutions within the organization. This role bridges technical, strategic, and change management functions to ensure successful implementation, user engagement, and business value realization. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of project management expertise, technical understanding of AI-driven productivity tools, and exceptional communication skills., * Project Leadership: Manage the full lifecycle of Copilot solution implementation project, from initial planning and readiness assessment to post-launch support and optimization.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and partners. Facilitate alignment between business objectives and technical requirements.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, define success criteria, and translate requirements into actionable implementation plans.
• Technical Implementation: Evaluate organizational readiness, data security and governance, identify and implement controls and policies, etc.
• Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and user adoption initiatives to maximize the impact of Copilot solutions.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and obstacles, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and ensure all security and compliance requirements are met.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project milestones, measure adoption and usage metrics, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback, analyse outcomes, and implement improvements for next wave implementation.

Do you have experience in SaaS?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience managing technology implementation projects, preferably involving SaaS or AI-powered solutions.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-driven productivity tools is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is a plus.
• English proficiency in international context (preferred: certified, minimum CEFR B2; IELTS 6.5; or equivalent).

Reporting & Location

The Copilot Implementation Manager position may require occasional travel and offers flexibility for hybrid or remote work arrangements.
