Job description
To work within the eHealth Infrastructure Customer Support Team to provide an IT equipment and software build and deployment service to NHS Lanarkshire users and services. The post holder will be responsible for the correct build, installation and disposal of NHS Lanarkshire IT assets as part of a deployment team for both large scale project work and business as usual activity. The work of the post holder will be directed by the Customer Services Manager in association with the Infrastructure Project Manager., * Posts close at midnight on the indicated date. Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Time management?, * Educated to HNC level in an IT related subject.
- Proven, demonstrable experience of working in an IT support environment.
- Ability to work in a team setting and to be able to construct good working relationships with other team members.
- Ability to apply a range of technical and practical skills
- Time management, planning and organisational skills
- The ability to communicate effectively with clinical staff and immediate colleagues.
- Attainment of a basic level of computer literacy i.e. regular user of software such as Microsoft Office Word, E-Mail, electronic diary etc.
- Ability to learn and develop new skills and maintain a record of learning.
- The post holder must be able to drive and hold a current driving license.
Please note for all vacancies where a driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence., * Previous experience within warehouses and the using of stock and systems software
