Job description

In this role, you'll take raw data and turn it into meaningful information that helps the business make better, faster decisions. You'll create reports, dashboards, and visualisations that highlight trends, opportunities, and performance across departments.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across production, engineering, quality, finance, and leadership, helping them understand what the data is telling them and guiding decisions that improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes.

You'll be part of a small, experienced IT team, collaborating across the UK and Germany to deliver impactful business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and improve reports and dashboards, mainly using Power BI
  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Support business intelligence requests across the organisation
  • Act as the main point of contact for SQL Server queries and reporting needs
  • Work with teams across the business to understand requirements and provide actionable insights
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Help improve reporting processes and develop best practices

Requirements

Do you have experience in SAP ERP?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, You're analytical, curious, and enjoy turning complex data into clear insights. You're comfortable working with colleagues across different teams and can communicate findings in a clear and engaging way.

You will have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst or similar role
  • Strong experience with SQL Server and Power BI
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience handling large datasets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage your workload and prioritise tasks effectively

Desirable:

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Experience with Copilot AI integrations
  • Microsoft or similar technical certifications, * Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Relevant online technical training or certifications is a plus
