Requirements

In this key role, you will work closely with colleagues, customers, and external partners to ensure delivery of an efficient, customer-focused service. Your strong organisational skills and commitment to accuracy will play an important part in ensuring our processes run smoothly.

With previous administration experience and GCSEs in English and Maths (or a Level 2 administration qualification), you will bring enthusiasm, teamwork, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Confident in using IT systems, including MS Office or similar, you will be able to manage tasks effectively and maintain a high standard of attention to detail., This post is covered by the Fluency Duty, as outlined in the Code of Practice on the English language requirements for public sector workers.
