We're looking for a Resource Data & Analytics Manager to play a pivotal role in how Smart DCC uses data to drive decisions across our growing change and delivery portfolio. How you will contribute to transforming energy and shaping the future.
- Own and maintain core resource data structures, architecture and reporting frameworks.
- Build advanced Excel-based reporting tools, dashboards and automation to enhance insight.
- Develop and manage Power BI dashboards to provide visibility of performance, utilisation and forecasting.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders through engaging reporting.
- Support and enhance resource forecasting models, including scenario planning and demand vs actuals analysis.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Power BI?, * Expert-level Excel capability (including pivot tables, advanced formulas, data manipulation).
- Strong skills in Power BI or similar visualisation tools.
- Proven experience working with people/resource data, ideally within portfolio or PMO environments.
- Ability to simplify and visually communicate complex data concepts.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, accurate data.
